This page says what happens to the information you give us when you take the AI Fit Check or use the Manual Work Cost Calculator. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
Only what the tool needs to do its job, and nothing before you choose to give it.
- Your answers to the thirteen questions, and the score they produce.
- Your email address, which we ask for once, at the end, after you have already seen the shape of your result.
- Your first name, if you give it. It is optional and the field says so.
- How you heard about us, if you tell us. Free text, and also optional.
- Anything you type into the calculator: role names, how many people, salaries and the share of the week they spend on processing work.
- Which campaign or link brought you here, if you arrived from one, and which page you landed on.
- A random identifier stored in your own browser, so a half-finished check can be resumed and so we can count how many people start against how many finish.
What we do not collect
- No payment details. There is nothing to pay for here.
- No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics script watching you move around the page.
- Nothing about you from anywhere else. We do not buy data or append it to what you gave us.
What we do with it
- Send you your result, and the report that goes with it.
- Send one short follow-up about your weakest area two days later. If you book a time with us before then, it is cancelled automatically.
- Send one reminder when your 90-day re-score window opens, so a dated score stays useful.
- Occasionally share what we are learning from Australian businesses like yours. Every one of those emails has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops all of it immediately.
- Count things in aggregate: how many businesses of a given size and industry have taken this, and how they score. That is what the benchmark on your result is built from, and it is only ever reported as a group, never as a person.
The no-chase promise
We only follow up if you ask us to. That is on the landing page, it is on the form where you enter your email, and it is the actual behaviour of the system: nothing in it calls you, and no sales sequence starts because you scored well.
Who else can see it
We do not sell your details, rent them, or hand them to anybody for their own marketing. That is what the promise on the form means.
- Running the product means using a few service providers: a host for the site, a database, and an email provider to actually deliver the messages. They process the data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
- We will disclose information if the law requires it, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
How long we keep it
Your result is kept so you can come back and re-score in 90 days and see what moved, which is the whole point of a dated score. If you would rather we did not, say so and it is gone.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email we send, in one click, no questions.
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it, or to delete it entirely.
For any of those, or for anything on this page you want to argue with, write to hello@antheratech.com.
Storage in your own browser
The check keeps your progress in your browser so a dropped connection or a closed tab does not cost you thirteen answers. That information stays on your device, and clearing your browser data removes it. It is not an advertising cookie and it is not shared with anybody.
We handle this information the way the Australian Privacy Principles describe, because that is the right way to handle it.
